At Ann Florist, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artificial floral arrangements. Each piece is designed to bring lasting beauty to your space. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
14-Day Return Window
You may return any non-customized arrangement purchased from our "For Sale" collection within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@annflorist.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the arrangement in its original box and include the provided RMA number.
- Ship It Back: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every arrangement before it is shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exclusions
Please note the following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or bespoke arrangements.
- Items from our Seasonal Rental Plan (subject to the terms of the rental agreement).
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
